We are extremely proud that our staff members average over 5 years’ service within their community. This longevity is extremely rare within our industry, yet experience and stability are probably the most important factors when it comes to resident care and satisfaction.
Our Executive Directors have been with us for over 10 years in each of our four Bay Area locations. They put their hearts and souls into their community. The long lasting and personal relationships they have with residents, families and staff are developed through their trust, caring and understanding.
Knowing our business is all about people; the Berg family management style has always been hands-on and personal. You will see us in each community, providing leadership, talking with and encouraging our staffs and meeting with our residents. We are so happy and proud that our son Jon, who shares our values and goals, has chosen to follow in our footsteps and will lead in years to come.
